Season 4 centers on Fr. Richard’s book The Enneagram: A Christian Perspective, inviting listeners to explore this dynamic system — not as a superficial personality system, but as a sacred map for transformation.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a nine-point personality and spiritual framework that reveals our core patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving — and invites transformation through greater self-awareness and compassion.

The Enneagram gained popularity as a tool within spiritual direction. Today, it is widely taught as a way of understanding personality, addiction, relationships, and vocation.

The Enneagram is not just a personality typing system. Yes, there are tests and quizzes that help you identify your primary Enneagram type, but that is often just the first step. This tool is meant to help you over a lifelong journey.

A Sacred Map of Transformation and Solidarity

Everything Belongs is a contemplative conversational series for those longing to better understand themselves, their relationships, and their inner spiritual movements.

Explore the Enneagram as a sacred map for transformation and solidarity. This season draws from Fr. Richard’s well-known teachings, offering a prophetic and grace-filled perspective on how personal struggle can become a gift in service to the healing of the world.

New episodes release on the first Friday of each month, guiding listeners deeper into how the Enneagram can help you heal your wounds and improve your relationships.

The Power of Each Enneagram Number

You’re invited to open yourself up to deeper levels of insight while learning how your unique Enneagram number shapes your decisions and ways of relating. While a specific Enneagram number may be dominant in your life, all nine numbers live within us. Explore beyond your primary number and discover what each number has to teach us.

In understanding my Enneagram type, I better understand the roles we all play in this challenging and terribly painful world. What hurts you hurts me.”
