All conference cancellations must be made in writing, via email or postal mail, and sent to CACregistration@conferencedirect.com or CAC: P.O. Box 12464 Albuquerque, NM 87195.
If written notice of your cancellation(s) is received by the CAC on or before six (6) weeks prior to the conference, each cancelled registration will be assessed a cancellation fee of $50, with the remainder refunded to the credit card used for registration.
If written notice of your cancellation(s) is received by the CAC not less than two (2) weeks before the conference, each cancelled registration will be assessed a cancellation fee of $100, with the remainder refunded to the credit card used for registration.
There will be no refunds whatsoever for cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the conference start date.
Webcast registrations are non-refundable. Please read the webcast system requirements carefully before you register to ensure you’ll be able to access the webcast. Webcasts will be available for replay for 30 days after the live event.
Online course registrations are non-refundable. Please read our online course system requirements carefully before you register to ensure you’ll be able to access the course.
Living School application fees are non-refundable.
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchases from the bookstore. All proceeds support Fr. Richard Rohr’s work through the Center for Action and Contemplation.
If you feel uncertain about your ability to order online, please feel free to place your order for books, CDs, and/or DVDs by calling us at 505-247-1636. (Orders for digital products, such as webcasts, MP3s, and MP4s, must be placed online.). Bookstore hours are Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 9:00am – noon and 1 – 4:30pm Mountain Time. If you aren’t satisfied for some reason, or if you haven’t received your order, please notify us in writing, with a postmark no more than 30 days after the original order date, of the reason(s) for your dissatisfaction. You may either email us at email@example.com or send a letter to CAC Resource Center, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87195.
∙ We will be happy to replace defective and/or missing CDs, DVDs, and/or books at our expense.
∙ All refunds will be made in the form of digital gift card codes for use in our online bookstore. Cash refunds and/or paper gift certificates will not be issued in any circumstance. Gift cards cannot be reissued; please keep your gift card code in a safe place.
∙ Digital products such as MP3s, MP4s, and gift cards may not be returned under any circumstance. If you’re unsure of your ability to download and/or use MP3s or MP4s (digital audio or video files, respectively), we urge you to consider ordering another product.
∙ Erroneously ordered items may be returned to us for a digital gift card code once the correct replacement item(s) have been ordered. You may order the correct item(s) either through the online bookstore or by phoning us at 505-247-1636. If you order the replacement online, please let us know you’ve done so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
∙ Items must be returned in new, resellable condition to qualify for a digital gift card code.
∙ Only items that have been purchased directly from CAC may be returned. CAC products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.
∙ Shipping costs are not included in the amount of the gift card code.
Problem: Nancy orders a CD set which includes 8 CDs. Upon playing them, she realizes CD #6 is completely blank.
Solution: Nancy notifies CAC of the blank CD and a replacement CD is immediately sent out to her.
Problem: Tim accidentally orders a downloadable digital MP3 audio file; he actually meant to order a CD set.
Solution: MP3 files may not be returned under any circumstance. CAC encourages Tim to place his next order by phone to ensure he receives the correct product.
Problem: Janie orders a CD set accidentally; she had intended to order the DVD version of the same title.
Solution: Janie notifies CAC of her mistake and returns the CD set. She then reorders the correct DVD set online and emails email@example.com, noting she has returned the product she ordered in error. CAC sends her a digital gift card code for the amount of the product she returned.
