The Daily Meditations are email reflections featuring Richard Rohr and the Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) faculty, as well as guest teachers and authors, reflecting on the wisdom and practices of the Christian contemplative tradition.
Subscribers receive an emailed meditation every day of the week. Each week builds on previous topics—but you can join at any time! On Saturday you’ll receive a summary of the previous week’s meditations and an invitation to practice — this will be your opportunity to go deeper with the wisdom and teachings and apply them in your day-to-day life.
