Chief Operating Officer
Reporting to the Executive Director, Michael Poffenberger, and partnering with the Executive Leadership and Middle Management, the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be charged with co-creating, implementing, and leading a cohesive operating structure and team aligned with the increasing scale and achievement of CAC’s strategic goals and growth. Likewise, the new COO will be personally aligned with CAC’s mission, values, and culture. CAC desires an authentic leader who is team oriented, inclusive, operationally and outcome focused, and ready to step into the challenge.
In this role, the COO provides day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the mission and values of the CAC, while ensuring that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to ensure financial strength, operating efficiency, and impact in service to its mission.
